Los Angeles, CA (June 2021) – Avante Capital Partners, a women-owned private credit and structured equity firm, is pleased to announce the completion of a unitranche debt investment in Burton Plumbing Services, LLC (“Burton”) to support a portfolio company refinancing by ShoreView Industries, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm that has raised over $1.3 billion of committed capital across four funds. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Omaha, NE, Burton is a leading provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services. As a key component of its growth strategy, Burton will actively seek regional add-on acquisition opportunities.
